DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
Due to the fact that each order is made in small batches, I do not refund or accept returns. If your order arrives broken or damaged in any way, I will happily replace the items if we are contacted and photos are received within 24 hours.
WHAT IF MY DOG HAS ALLERGIES?
My products are made for sensitive pets and pets with allergies to most of the fillers found in pet products. If you are aware of your pet's specific allergies, please inquire before placing an order and I am happy to accommodate your needs.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Each order will be sent with a tracking number, which can be provided if requested.
HOW LONG DO THE TREATS LAST?
Hard treats will last up to 3 months if stored at room temperature.
Cakes can last up to two weeks if refrigerated. Cakes must be refrigerated once received.
Frosted treats will last up to 4 weeks if refrigerated. Otherwise must be kept in a cool, dry environment up to two weeks.
Soft treats such as our Wuffins, will last up to 4 weeks and must be stored in the refrigerator.
